Shatner's Raw Nerve ~ William Shatner Interviews Jenna Jameson, Leonard Nimoy, And Other Celebs

i love William Shatner. He's funny, sexy, artistically prolific, loves horses, and gives great interviews. i discovered the other day that he's equally adept at getting interviews. Airing on the Biography Channel, Shatner's Raw Nerve is a great talk show. i think the secret to the show's appeal, aside from the celebrities [Leonard Nimoy, Jenna Jameson, Tim Allen, Fran Drescher, to name but a few] that sit for a chat with 'The Shat' is that he employs a skill that many interviewers have forgotten [if they ever did make use of]---he listens. As a result, not only are the subject's responses more interesting, it allows Shatner the chance to take the topic discussed to the next level.

i don't usually watch talk shows---oh i've seen a few eps of Ellen and Fox' recently renewed Wendy Williams Show, and i enjoy Jay Leno and Letterman, but the former has been on hiatus and they're both on past my usual bedtime. But in general, imho, the genre has not had a good example for generations. i'm very 'old school' in my taste for talk---Johnny Carson, Steve Allen, Mike Douglas, David Susskind, Virginia Graham, David Frost, Dick Cavett. The last two no longer interview, and the ones mentioned before them, unfortunately are no longer with us.

The other thing that's appealing about Shatner's Raw Nerve is the set. The decor is extremely tasteful, and i especially like the way the chairs are positioned---as one guest remarked, like a loveseat. Shatner's Raw Nerve is a feast for the eyes, the ears, and the brain.

Shatner's Raw Nerve airs on the Biography Channel. Please Check your local listings.

Jenna Jameson, with all the $ you claim to have why is your wig so obvious? And you claim that your husband just loves you so much it has nothing to do w/ physicalities, well then why is it you have had so much done to your face that you now look "common", you look exactly like every other woman who has had the entire face redone, they all look the same, FALSE. And I in no way believe a single thing you say about how much you love what you do, etc. and it seems as tho you parrot, nothing comes from your mind nothing original, you have memorized it down pat. You have no idea what you are, altho you do believe it thouroughly, that is who you are. But you are so transparent. You haven't a clue. And i'm sorry you are so wrong about every woman wants vourism and all the rest you say, Jenna, you have so much to learn.

Jenna, your wig is as tacky as yu are. You know you do not ride bareback, why lie about that? That wig is also as phony as you are. Jenna, stop it. Altho, I now think that that IS you. You've been blowharding for so long now, that i doubt you know any other way. Jenna blowhard Jameson. your acceptance of that awful wig shows your total lack of real dignity and shows your low-life roots. How could you not see that that wig is so a wig? At your age and yrs. of experience to allow yourself to be seen in that wig, just speaks volumes. who's saying sookie sookie, now Al green?

Wow anonymous, you really don't like Ms Jameson. ...Anyway, to answer your question, the audio that plays when you visit In A Lather is not Al Green, it's a sound bite from the ABC soap All My Children. Cornelius Smith Jr, the actor who plays Frankie Hubbard, is the voice you hear saying "aww sookie, sookie, now!" The audio of the woman saying "you're all in a lather" is also a sound bite from All My Children. It's Bobbie Eakes, she plays Krystal.
